If you are wanting to return or exchange a product - firstly THANK YOU for buying one of our products - it truly means A LOT!
However we want to make sure any hiccups along the way are sorted so if you wish to make a return please read our policy below:
If you're not happy with your product we are happy to provide a refund or exchange your item within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and unused/unwashed. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If the product is faulty or different to what you ordered please Contact Us and we will sort out a returns label for you.
Please Contact Us if you wish to return an item - Postage to return will be up to the customer to pay and we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned packages (if you are given a tracking number at the time of posting your return, PLEASE keep hold of it at we will do all we can to help you find the lost package!)
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, however please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed.
Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item but in a different size - Contact Us and let us know the details.
Returns postage for the item that is being exchanges will be up to the customer to pay - however once returned the item will be checked over and if in the condition expected, the new item will be posted back to the customer free of charge.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock - we will do our best to restock this to you as soon as possible.If this is not possible we will issue you a full refund.
